These terms describe use of the Irkutsk Live information service published by FirstStrike News Ltd (“we”, “us” and “our”), including its original articles, flight graphics, news links, health information and latest-developments section. Read them with the privacy policy and disclaimer. If you do not agree with the terms that apply to the service, stop using it.
2. Nature of the service
The service summarises third-party information for general awareness. It does not provide a clinical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency response, individual risk assessment or a guarantee about disease presence or absence. We may correct content, change features or suspend availability. We do not promise continuous updates or access.
3. Responsible use
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with security, bypass access controls, flood the service with requests, impersonate the operator, or use content to harass or identify patients. Do not present a reported claim as a confirmed case when reusing information. Preserve source attribution, qualifications and dates.
Community contribution rules
Contributions require sign-in and verified email. Use a public display name that does not impersonate another person. Submit relevant comments or links, distinguish claims from evidence, and include source dates where possible. Do not post private patient details, harassment, spam, unlawful material, unsupported accusations about identifiable people, or material you do not have permission to share. You grant FirstStrike News Ltd permission to display your submitted content and to hide it where needed to operate and moderate this discussion.
Community content is unreviewed unless expressly stated otherwise. Email verification does not verify a contributor’s expertise or a submission’s accuracy. Votes express reader opinion and do not confirm a claim. Anyone may vote, with one active vote per contribution per browser; do not manipulate totals through automation or repeated browser identities. Reports are saved for manual editorial review and do not automatically remove content. No response time is guaranteed.
4. Sources and intellectual property
Original publisher content, trademarks, map data and social posts remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licences. A link does not grant permission to reproduce a source's material. Brief site summaries do not substitute for original reporting. You may link to the site; wider copying, redistribution or commercial reuse requires permission where applicable, subject to rights permitted by law.
5. Third-party services
External articles, health resources, aviation sources and X are controlled by third parties. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you access them. We do not control their availability, accuracy or access requirements. Feed inclusion and source links do not imply partnership or endorsement.
6. Accuracy and liability
We aim to identify sources and uncertainty, but information can be incomplete or wrong. Subject to applicable law, the service is provided as available and without a promise of completeness or fitness for a particular decision. To the extent permitted by law, liability for losses arising from reliance on this information is excluded. No term excludes, restricts or modifies a right, consumer guarantee or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

7. Changes and questions
